Introduction

These terms apply to the collection, processing, disclosure, and use of information by Nexval Infotech Private Limited and its affiliated companies in connection with our websites, products, and services.

Nexval is committed to maintaining the privacy and integrity of information. Certain employee information may be shared with external vendors for identity-control purposes, including ID-card preparation and background verification.

Data collection

We may collect personal information from clients, employees, contractors, third parties, and other individuals where necessary for business or legal purposes.

  • Name, alias, date or place of birth, and parent or guardian name
  • Passport, driver's license, or taxpayer-identification details
  • Telephone number, physical address, or recorded number
  • Contact, address, and educational details
  • ID proofs, salary documents, or banking details where legally required

Collection is limited to the minimum information required to fulfill a legal, statutory, contractual, or business requirement.

Use of personal information

The main purposes for collecting personal information are:

  • Maintaining legal, client, or management records, including invoicing and payroll

Nexval does not routinely disclose or transfer personal information unless there is a legal or business requirement, including background verification, ID-card creation, or sharing with government and statutory authorities.

Nexval will not disclose, share, sell, or rent personal information except where a service provider or contractor needs access for the relevant service and is bound by physical and logical safeguards.

Retention

Information is usually not retained after an associate period ends. Some information may be securely deleted or retained where required by law, contract, compliance, or professional standards.

Records may also be retained where access is primarily delivered through a customer's remote environment, such as a Citrix environment or Oracle system.

Security

Nexval implements generally accepted physical and operational safeguards to protect information from loss, misuse, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized disclosure.

Only authorized personnel receive access, and they are expected to maintain confidentiality, security, and integrity. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
